The skill categories, and activities for each, are represented below. These High Impact Skill Activities provide many tries, and trial-and-error learning, in a short period of time. You organize the activities, your players compete and have fun, and the success formula is maximized. Add some expert instruction, and the results are even better. Cover at least four of the skill areas, and three different shots, in every practice. Then, you can repeat each activity often during the season.
